Burke Communications Produces Shea Homes Billboard

CHARLOTTE, NC - Burke Communications recently completed work on an outdoor advertisement for Shea Homes. Currently, the Burke-designed billboard can be seen from south-bound I-85 just south of Exit 40 in Charlotte, N.C.
Shea Homes chose Burke Communications to develop a marketing concept that would feature attention-grabbing graphics and a simple, compelling message. Burke delivered with a "Rest Area" road sign design that projects the uniqueness and quality of the Shea Homes brand and product.
"The new Shea Homes billboard, with its bright yellow color and inviting photography, is eye-catching to motorists, while quickly communicating our message that a Shea Home is a high-quality, peaceful retreat for busy commuters after a long day at work," said Michele Scott, Shea Homes Director of Sales and Marketing. "Burke Communications listened to our goals and ideas and developed a billboard that achieves our mission for stimulating the interest of Charlotte-area consumers in learning more about Shea Homes communities."
