Burke Communications Produces Clinical Hypnosis CD Series

CHARLOTTE, NC - Burke Communications has produced a series of four clinical hypnosis CDs featuring noted Charlotte mental health care professional Dr. Kathleen Connolly. The series, titled, Hypnosis: Uncovering Your Internal Resources, helps individuals harness their internal resources to resolve the common lifestyle challenges of sleep disorders, weight management, cigarette smoking and chronic stress.

"My goal in creating the CD series was to bring consumers professionally designed products based on sound outcome research in clinical hypnosis, mental health counseling, and holistic wellness," said Dr. Connolly. "My credentials are in counseling, psychology, and mental health, and this project would never have succeeded without Burke Communications. Dr. Connolly, founder of Acumeans Counseling and Consulting in Charlotte, N.C., brings 15 years of experience in counseling, psychology, and mental health to her private counseling and consulting practice. She is certified in clinical hypnosis by the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (the flagship clinical hypnosis organization for health care professionals).
