Burke Communications Develops DVD and Web Site for Montrose Plantation

CHARLOTTE, NC - Burke Communications has developed a custom DVD and Web site for Montrose Plantation, a new 6,000-acre, master-planned development in Chester County, South Carolina, only 38 miles south of Charlotte.

Over the next 20 years, Montrose Plantation will be transformed from heavily wooded farmland in the gently rolling hills adjacent I-77, to a thriving mix of office, retail, recreation and all types of residential uses. The plan includes clubhouses, pools, a fitness center, miles of walking trails, and more than one thousand acres of nature preserves, open spaces, parks and lakes. Plans also call for two fabulous championship golf courses.

The DVD and Web site were designed to build awareness of Montrose Plantation and attract partners to Graham's latest development opportunity.
